Great service

Very kind and quick. Only thing I'd say is please don't put the box of painters tarp on top of gaming consoles. Please use the table. Other than that, great work and very professional.

HVAC replacment

Jeremiah and Andrew did a really good job replacing our air conditioner and furnace. There are both hard workers. They found a gas leak in our system that we were not aware of and made the needed repairs. We are grateful for their diligence.

Tom M. 2-25-25. Silver club furnace maintenance. Cleaned flame sensors and set gas pressure. All electrical components test within manufacturer specifications. While visually inspecting the heat exchanger noticed the larger furnace is cracked in two spots. I have shown the customer on my camera at the furnace as well as photos. He has refused to sign the heat exchanger failure form and stated he doesn’t want to take any action.mi have advised the customer there is no Co entering the home at this however I have recommended not running the furnace due to a potential health and safety concern due to the heat exchanger being breached.

25FEB2025 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club fall tune up service. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. They explained that it’s working well, however the filter needs to be replaced. Inspected horizontal equipment. Disconnected power to the system and inspected the primary and secondary heat exchangers. Verified evaporator is clean. Cleaned flame sensor, ohmed HSI, and checked through safeties and limits. System has an automatic gas valve, no adjustments necessary. Cycled heating in high and low stages. Verified heat rise and static pressure. While I was inspecting the system I noticed there is no drain pan beneath the furnace. Without an emergency pan, if the furnace has any draining issues it may result in water damage. I also notice the drains are not insulated and heat taped. This is a preventative measure to prevent the drains from freezing in extreme weather. Discussed findings and recommendations with homeowner. We decided to let it be for now. Cycled equipment

24FEB2025 Jason Brown Arrived for call back on recent repair. Spoke with Mrs Mary Henry about her systems performance. She explained that the first time I was out it stopped heating, and then came back, and then this morning she woke up and the home was cold. Cycled system at thermostat and watched ignition process. Found gas valve not opening. Checked voltage to gas valve and found board providing 28v. Rewired gas valve tested pressure switch, switch closing at -1.4 iwc, drains are clear. Cycled gas valve several times, cycled furnace many times. Ran furnace for 15 min checked heat rise, verified blower motor amps and run cap. System is heating properly at this time. Discussed findings with homeowner, we decided to hold off on replacing the gas valve at this time.

Tom M. 2-24-25. No heat. Customer stated the furnace stopped working. Found failed combustion air motor. I’ve shown the customer the motor is getting 120 volts but not turning. I recommended upgrading the furnace due to age and repair costs. She stated she has to talk to her husband and will get back with us.

24FEB2025 Jason Brown Arrived for non club no heat. Spoke with the homeowner about his systems performance. They explained that the fan motor is no longer working and that the smelled a burnt electronic smell. We inspected the fan motor and found the run capacitor failed. I explained that we can try a run capacitor but there has been damage done to the motor and we may lose the motor soon if it comes on at all. Discussed motor and capacitor replacement. We decided to move forward with a capacitor. Removed existing capacitor installed new 7.5 mfd capacitor. Cycled fan and checked amps. Cycled system in heating and verified heat strips. Spoke with the homeowner further and we decided to get a quote for replacement. Estimates will be in a separate invoice. Thanks!

Came out to install new heat kit in air handler. I disabled power to unit and pulled out existing heat kit. Installed new heat kit in place and wired everything in. Installed new breaker and wired main power to new breaker. Made sure everything was secured properly and all seems were sealed. Cycled heat on and checked amps and temperatures with new heat kit installed. Unit is now heating properly and the tenant stated that they could feel the heat right away.

Jake Kring. 02-24-25. I arrived for a previous customer system replacement opportunity. I spoke with the customer and he explained that the existing system systems will make a noise and he has to hit it with a hammer or screwdriver to get it to stop. We wanted estimates to replace the full system. We discussed the system brand and warranty and our apple to apples guarantee. We made a temporary agreement to replace the system with an apples to apples guarantee and to shave some off to beat the price of the competitor’s price. We are on standby for now so he can get two other estimates before making a design.

Came out to call for a system not heating properly. When I had contacted the landlord, he stated his tenant had said that it was starting to work again, but that he’d like me to check it out and that he would meet me there. Tenant had said that the thermostat was set to heat, but wasn’t coming on and the temperature was dropping. She said the set point temperature on the thermostat would go blank and not register. She also changed the filter yesterday. I checked the whole system over and found the thermostat set point temperature would go blank intermittently if you adjust the thermostat, and would come back on its own. Let landlord know that the issue is most likely the thermostat. Customer approved replacement of the thermostat to eliminate intermittent issues. I replaced the existing thermostat with a Honeywell T6. Adjusted settings based off the installed equipment and went over how to use new thermostat with tenant. Went ahead and cleaned the flame sensor and did a maintenance che

Performed preventative maintenance on 2 heat pump systems. Customer stated that they had already changed the filters in home. I inspected both air handlers evaporator coils, blower assemblies, motors, electrical components, heating elements and overall condition. Cycled on emergency heat. Checked amps, temperatures and operation of both systems. Temperatures outside were below freezing, and I let customer know about the emergency heat setting on her Goodman unit since it doesn’t have automatic change over and let her know when to use it. I cycled on heat pumps to check amps, temperatures and operation. Found a surge protector out on the goodman heat pump and a really weak blower capacitor on the same unit. Customer had me replace both parts. The systems are heating properly within manufactured specifications at this time.

Free furnace tune up. Joe(JC)R. 02/21/2025 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual heater maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions and said that everything was running well. The customer wasn’t interested in having the hot water tank flush or the dryer vent cleaned. I then inspected the furnace. The heat exchanger was in good shape and the heater components were running well. The system is operating correctly at this time.

Jake Kring. 02-20-25. Need to get relays for both humidifiers. Jake Kring. 02-21-25. Installed a relay on both humidifiers. Tested both humidifiers from the infinity wall control and found both to come on and run per the demand of the wall control.

Jake Kring. 02-21-25. I arrived to reinspect a heat exchanger. I inspected the heat exchanger with the homeowner in the attic. We scoped the heat exchanger and found the heat exchanger to have excessive heat stress on the heat exchanger and where the metal has discolored has pitting and rust pockets that can completely fall through at anytime and cause a carbon monoxide leak. I recommend to replace the furnace and evaporator coil before this is a major issue with the furnace.
